Anxiety in the restaurant scene: The health insurance fund has switched to "armed" and is currently vehemently demanding taxes on tips. A horror for restaurants. Costs could rise again and the shortage of skilled workers could resurface.

"That's right! You can keep the rest!" A sentence that everyone has said and a sentence that waiters love to hear. Because tipping is good manners. The "gift money" does not have to be taxed. But it is subject to social security contributions.
