Only three customers want to fight for more money

There was a great deal of excitement last year when Energie AG terminated the profitable feed-in contracts of 20,000 Upper Austrian PV customers. Not all of them put up with it: A lawyer has now filed a class action lawsuit. Find out what happens next here.

From 15 cents per kilowatt hour fed into the grid to an initial 3.2 cents: around 20,000 Upper Austrian customers of Energie AG were confronted with this massive drop last year. Their conditions were replaced by a flexible tariff that yields different amounts depending on electricity demand.
