Car ended up on its side after a violent collision

Spectacular accident on Sunday morning in Rum (Innsbruck-Land district)! A local woman (45) drove her car into the oncoming lane and collided with an oncoming car. Both drivers were injured.

The incident occurred at around 9 a.m. on Dörferstraße in the westbound direction. A 45-year-old local woman was driving her car there. For unknown reasons, she drove too far into the middle of the road.

She collided with an oncoming car. She and the 63-year-old driver of the other vehicle sustained minor injuries.

Both drivers in hospital
They were taken by ambulance to the hospital in Hall and the clinic in Innsbruck. Both vehicles sustained considerable material damage.
