Thieves in the house! Burglars haunt NBA star

Thieves have broken into the home of Slovenian basketball star Luka Doncic of the Dallas Mavericks. The 25-year-old is fine, his club gives the all-clear.

As coach Jason Kidd reported before the NBA team's 122-126 defeat at the Portland Trail Blazers, he spoke to the 25-year-old after the incident, who is currently absent due to a calf ligament. "He's fine. Luckily no one was hurt," Kidd said.

According to several media reports, Doncic's agent stated that no one was home when the burglary occurred on Friday night. The "Dallas Morning News" reported, citing a police report, that jewelry worth 30,000 dollars (around 28,700 euros) had been stolen.
