Not a single point! Another biathlon debacle

Austria's ski hunters were unable to score anything in the 7.5 km sprint competition in Annecy/Le Grand-Bornand on Friday - not even one World Cup point.

The best Austrian was junior Anna Andexer in 50th place, who was also the only one of her team to make it into the 10 km pursuit on Saturday (2.45 pm). The victory went to Justine Braisaz-Bouchet (FRA) in 21:19.2 minutes (1 miss) 1.4 seconds ahead of Franziska Preuß (GER).

The established ÖSV athletes Lisa Hauser (5 misses) and Anna Gandler (3) even finished outside the top 70. From an ÖSV perspective, only Simon Eder will be competing in the men's event on Saturday.
