Four possible opponents in the round of 16
As the play-off draw is based on final placings, there are already only four possible opponents for Rapid: Panathinaikos (13th), Olimpija Ljubljana (14th), Vikingur Reykjavik (19th) or Borac Banja Luka (20th). 

Panathinaikos and Vikingur and Olimpija and Borac will meet in the play-off on February 13 and 20.

If they advance to the quarter-finals, Djurgarden and Lugano would nominally be the strongest opponents. A clash with Chelsea could take place in the semi-finals.

Even in the event of an exit in the round of 16, the Viennese can expect to earn over ten million euros from UEFA bonuses alone.
