“Smart” e-card: What is still missing?

Austria is sometimes lagging behind in terms of digitalization, even in the healthcare sector. This makes the innovation that you can now use the "Meine SV-App" all the more important. This allows you to use your smartphone as an e-card reader. This facilitates home visits and telemedical treatments, for example. How do you see this innovation and what digital solutions are you still missing?
