Refugee allegedly murdered German teacher

A murder case in Nürtingen, Germany, is currently causing horror. Following the discovery of the body of a woman (66) on Sunday, investigators now have an unbelievable suspicion.

As reported by the newspaper "Bild", police in Baden-Württemberg are said to have arrested a suspected Iranian man (37) in a refugee shelter on Thursday. In the course of the investigation, it emerged that the victim and the man are said to have known each other - the woman is said to have just tried to teach him German. 

While the exact circumstances are still completely unclear, investigators told the newspaper that the most likely scenario at present is a robbery-murder. Isabelle D.'s car had been missing for days and was eventually recovered near the 37-year-old's home. 

Woman "died a violent death"
The victim lived in an apartment on the banks of the Neckar - the woman's body was discovered in the water not far from there. After the autopsy, it was clear that the public prosecutor's office was now investigating a homicide. She is said to have died a "violent death". 

According to possible witnesses to the crime, the man was eventually apprehended. He has been in custody since Thursday, but is still keeping quiet about the allegations.
