Boys and girls attacked by masked men

Four teenagers - two girls and two boys - were attacked by seven people wearing balaclavas near Vienna-Meidling station on Saturday evening. The boys were allegedly threatened with a knife and then injured with punches.

"The emergency services refused treatment several times", the police said. The two 17-year-olds were robbed of valuables in the four-figure range.

The two girls were unharmed and some of them witnessed the incident. A search for the suspects in the vicinity was unsuccessful. The State Office of Criminal Investigation has taken over the investigation.
