Otar Kiteishvili was injured in the first half of Georgia's European Championship round of 16 match against Spain and had to be substituted. Double winners Sturm Graz are also worried. 

It was a double blow for underdog Georgia. First, the plucky underdogs had to concede Spain's equalizer through Rodri (39th minute), and then there were injury concerns. In the 41st minute, Kiteishvili suddenly sat on the pitch.

The Sturm Graz attacking player, who had been struggling recently, indicated that something was wrong. The players immediately rushed to the 28-year-old and tended to him on the pitch. After a short break for treatment, it was clear that the Sturm professional would not be able to continue.
