Now we've received another photo that has us worried: it shows Mörtel with lots of tubes, cables and infusions when he was picked up again by the ambulance. All a sign that he is in the best of medical hands.

We only spoke to him on the phone on Friday. Lugner's voice sounded very fragile, but the patient, as we all know him, sounded quite confident.

"Very severe" pain under treatment
The all-clear was given at lunchtime, as Mörtel let us know that he had gone for the agreed treatment for his back. The pain is said to have been "very severe", as he told krone.at.

He is being treated by top doctor Michael Zimpfer and it looks as if Richie Rich will soon be able to move again without pain. All the best!
