An "open letter" to the political parties recently caused a real stir in the local restaurant scene. The sudden enemies are dressed in pink and orange and on e-bikes or scooters - but they have come to stay, especially in the urban centers.

Although the call for help was titled an "open letter", the authors did not (yet) want to come out of hiding. Apparently, none of the restaurateurs want to take on the big delivery services. The "pink grasshopper", as Foodora, for example, is known, is causing the angry restaurateurs to rise up on the barricades. But what is it actually about?
