Father wants to hit son with bottle – and falls
Because his son (18) did not follow his instructions immediately, a 55-year-old man tried to hit the young man on the head with a full bottle of beer on Wednesday afternoon in Vienna. However, the father fell and injured himself.

At around 3.45 p.m., the father, an Austrian citizen, asked his son to load the folding chairs into the car. However, because the 18-year-old did not do so, the man tried to hit him on the head with a beer bottle.
The 18-year-old ran off, however, and his father ran after him - and fell. He was injured.
Whole family threatened to kill him
The man had allegedly already threatened to kill the boy, his daughter and his ex-wife. The 55-year-old was provisionally arrested. He was taken to hospital. The man was banned from entering and approaching the house and a temporary weapons ban was issued.
During questioning, the father appeared remorseful - he spoke of gaps in his memory.
