Official: Klagenfurt signs Tobias Koch
Bundesliga soccer club Austria Klagenfurt is strengthening its squad with Tobias Koch from Blau-Weiß Linz starting next season. This was announced by both clubs on Wednesday. The 23-year-old midfielder will move to Carinthia on a free transfer at the end of the season, signing a contract until 2027. Koch has played 25 games in the top flight so far, scoring one goal.
"With Tobias Koch, we were able to acquire an absolute dream candidate for us. The youngster has a great character and will fit seamlessly into the group," explained Klagenfurt's sporting director Günther Gorenzel.
Contract extensions at BW Linz
Blau-Weiß Linz also announced three contract extensions. Simon Seidl, Alem Pasic and Lukas Tursch will all remain with the promoted club until 2025.
