The "Griselda" actress split from her colleague Joe Manganiello in July 2023 after seven years of marriage. For some time now, the actress has been in a relationship with surgeon Justin Saliman, from whom she has received plenty of support following her recent knee operation. Now the sexy Latina has made a sweet declaration of love to her new boyfriend.

Alongside a photo showing Saliman smiling in his surgical gown, Vergara recently wrote in an Instagram story: "If you ever have major knee surgery, make sure you have a good looking doctor nearby to spend the night with you. I love you Dr. Saliman!"

A couple since October
The 'Modern Family' star was first linked to the doctor in October 2023.

At the time, an acquaintance of the actress told People magazine: "She's enjoying life. She seems optimistic and full of energy. Sofia has coped well with the divorce. It wasn't an easy decision, but she's doing great now."

"Open for fun"
Shortly after her love break-up with Manganiello, Vergara had already declared that she would definitely like a new relationship. At the time, she revealed: "I'm open to having fun and meeting people."
