Burglary in terraced house solved the same evening

Yesterday, Friday, two men broke into a terraced house in Salzburg City. A large-scale manhunt including police dogs was successful that same evening.

The break-in into a terraced house in the city of Salzburg took place shortly after 8.30 pm. The two perpetrators fled after the crime. This was followed by a large-scale police manhunt during which a 32-year-old man was arrested at around 9.00 pm.

The second suspect, a 31-year-old, was able to flee for the time being. He was tracked down and arrested by a service dog at around 9.45 pm. The two perpetrators had stolen goods with them and could be clearly identified.
