Two burglaries at once

Tyrol: Thieves were in high season over the Easter weekend

Two burglaries were reported in Tyrol on Sunday night. Both in Obsteig (Imst district) and in Kirchberg (Kitzbühel district), unknown persons were at work and caused enormous damage. The police are looking for witnesses.

The first scene was in Obsteig. Unknown persons tried their luck there twice. Both times, single-family homes were the target. In one house, they stole jewelry in an unknown amount. The second break-in failed. Both houses suffered considerable material damage.

Schools and kindergarten broken into
Unknown persons also struck in Kirchberg in Tirol on Sunday night. The perpetrators broke into the middle school, elementary school and kindergarten and stole several hundred euros in cash. Several doors and windows were broken into the building. There was also considerable damage to property.
