Ex-Rapidler stays with the club for another year

Lukas Grozurek has extended his contract with ASV Siegendorf and will continue to score goals for the current Burgenlandliga leaders next season.

Ex-Rapidler Lukas Grozurek has scored 16 goals so far and has therefore played a major part in ASV Siegendorf's success at the top of the Burgenlandliga table. "That's why we really wanted to keep him. Also because he is a very good person and sets a good example," says club president Peter Krenmayr. Grozurek extended his contract with the promotion favorites for another year and will therefore continue to hunt goals for ASV next season. In whichever league.

"Lukas is an important building block in our squad and a model kicker who has absolutely no airs and graces. On the contrary," says Krenmayr. However, more Grozurek goals will be needed in the spring if the team is to really hit the big time and move up to the Ostliga.
