Vadlau/Mähr in eighth place at the 470 World Championship!

Before the final two races of the final series at the Sailing World Championships in the Olympic 470 class off Palma de Mallorca (ESP), Lara Vadlau/Lukas Mähr are in eighth place, with the top ten reaching the medal race on Sunday! 

The gap to bronze is already 24 points. Japan's Tetsuya Isozaki/Yurie Seki are in the lead. On Friday, Vadlau/Mähr came 15th and 11th in the race.

"Still missing out on many, many points!"
"Overall, it's solid. But in terms of performance, we are not at all where we want to be and where we can be. We are still missing out on many, many points," said skipper Mähr.
