"Death to the S**********!"
Mosque receives death threat via delivery service
Previously unknown persons ordered several food deliveries in the name of the Hicret mosque in Bielefeld in northern Germany. However, these were not gifts. Instead, insults and even death threats were sent. State security is investigating.
The Hicret mosque in Bielfeld in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia was astonished on Friday evening when a messenger delivered several food orders that had not been posted. But that was not all: the - unsuspecting - delivery man had a despicable message in his luggage.
Among the notes on the receipt were slurs and death threats that are so perfidious that we have made them unrecognizable in the photo (see below).
Repeated attack
There is great consternation at the mosque - especially as there have been several incidents of this kind. "On Friday evening, around 8 p.m., the Hicret Mosque in Brackwede was repeatedly the target of a disgusting attack. The community received numerous unwanted Lieferando orders from unknown perpetrators, which were marked with murderous (!) hate messages," says the Alliance of Islamic Communities in Bielefeld in horror.
"It is particularly alarming that this is a repetition and that not even the last attack could be cleared up," continued Cihad Kefeli, Chairman of the Alliance, in a Facebook post (see above).
"The Alliance of Islamic Communities emphatically demands that these incidents be clarified down to the smallest detail, that politicians take a decisive stance and that those responsible are held accountable."
