A job provides security, earns money and gives us a sense of accomplishment. But what happens when the job takes over? When hobbies, family or simply time for yourself fade further and further into the background? This shows how important a healthy work-life balance is. What does work-life balance mean to you?
For some, it's simply the time they have for their family after work. Others need a balance through sport, travel or a creative hobby. And then there are those who consciously reduce their hours in order to have more time for the things in life that are important to them. True to the motto: "Less work, more life!"

Less job, more happiness?
Time and again, people reduce their working hours by working part-time or resolving to work less overtime. But this often requires courage, because working less often also means earning less.
