City Hall is firing from all cylinders in its campaign against rental sharks - with court rulings and as a "pain in the neck". Krone+ was allowed to take a look around a slum.

What looks to others like a completely desolate apartment building makes tenant assistance boss Christian Bartok's whole face light up - because he also knew the conditions before the town hall launched its campaign against the same handful of property speculators in the city in November.
