Two new absences are hurting, other Salzburg cracks are questionable ahead of today's Ice Hockey League game in Villach. Where rumors about striker Lucas Thaler and "Adler" Maxi Rebernig are making the rounds.

The Bulls not only lost the third game of the season away to Bolzano 0:2, but also lost young Sinn and Raffl both with concussions. The captain was well served afterwards. This means that the defending champions will be out for the next two games. And there are more to come . . .

After a game in which the South Tyroleans checked hard, but also overshot the mark. Asked about too much aggression and toughness, Bulls coach Oliver David said: "It wasn't too aggressive, we found solutions and countered well. We just missed our chances."

Fact that should give food for thought: More of his cracks - including defenders Genoway and Wimmer - are injured and questionable for today's game in Villach. Of the missing sextet (goalie Kickert also needs a break), only Murphy will return.
