Three months ago, soldier Mustafa P. was torn from life by a pistol bullet in the barracks in Spittal. His family talks to the "Krone" about grief, anger and justice.

Mustafa's mother and sister are already fighting back tears as they greet him; grief and despair are omnipresent. There are candles on the dining table - and photos of Mustafa (21), who was so tragically torn from life. "We still can't believe it - it's been 85 days, but the pain is still unbearable," says the father, who is so proud of his son.

"Musti was such a cheerful, loving person. He helped everyone who needed help. And he was so hard-working - he finished his apprenticeship as a painter, loved his job and wanted to continue doing it after his basic military service." After disarming, he wanted to treat himself to a short vacation. But unfortunately that never happened.
