OpenAI’s ChatGPT can now also be called

OpenAI is bringing ChatGPT to a new platform: the telephone. In the USA, you can call 1-800-CHATGPT ([phone]) to talk to the well-known AI chatbot and ask questions.

One 15-minute conversation with the software per month is free of charge. In other countries, ChatGPT can be reached at this number for text chats on WhatsApp.

OpenAI employees demonstrated in a video stream that calls to ChatGPT also work with an old flip phone and a phone with a dial. The software was initially launched two years ago with written chats only, but it has been possible to use the voice function on computers for some time now.
