Bodies of twelve restaurant employees discovered

Horrific discovery in Georgia: Twelve dead restaurant employees have been discovered in a popular winter sports resort in the country. The Ministry of the Interior of the South Caucasus republic assumes it was an accident. The police are investigating. 

Eleven of the dead are from India, one is Georgian. They are all believed to have worked in a restaurant in the town of Gudauri.

Gudauri is located in the north of Georgia and is around 120 kilometers from Tbilisi. The area high in the Caucasus is popular for winter sports.

According to investigators, no injuries or traces of violence were found on the dead. 

Generator as the trigger?
However, a generator had been in operation in the staff rooms near the bedrooms - probably after the power supply had been interrupted. Carbon monoxide poisoning is a common occurrence when generators are used in enclosed spaces.
