How could energy prices become more stable?

Gas and electricity are becoming increasingly expensive in the EU. The sanctions imposed against Russia because of the war in Ukraine are the clear cause. Hungary's Prime Minister Viktor Orbán strongly criticizes them and calls for alternatives. How can we stabilize energy prices?
