Masked robbery in tobacconist: Shocked customer

Armed robbery on Thursday evening in Vienna-Liesing: A masked perpetrator is said to have entered a tobacconist's and threatened an employee with a firearm in order to steal cash - a customer present also witnessed the robbery.

When a masked man allegedly entered a tobacconist's shop in Vienna-Liesing on Thursday evening, he was apparently not bothered by the fact that there was another customer in addition to the employee. 

Robbery of cash in the four-digit range
Despite the presence of a witness, he allegedly threatened the sales clerk with a firearm and demanded cash. Without hesitating, she handed him the cash in the four-digit range, which he is said to have stowed away in a large bag. The suspect then fled in an unknown direction. Fortunately, no one was injured. 

According to witnesses, the suspect was wearing dark clothing and a mask. The police search has not been successful to date.
