Laughter is medicine: Clown visit to the children’s hospital

The Red Noses Clown Doctors have been bringing laughter to hospitals and other health and social institutions for 30 years. The "Krone" attended the anniversary celebrations at Innsbruck Children's Hospital, where the cooperation works particularly well according to those responsible, and accompanied a clown visit.

When Ursula Kiechl-Kohlendorfer, Managing Director of Innsbruck Children's Hospital, congratulated the Red Noses on their anniversary, a colorful choir of 13 clowns began to sing a song of thanks in a chaotic manner. "They bring in moments of lightness," smiles Head of Nursing Adelheid Bauernfeind. "For staff, parents and children."
