New "Vresh" boss

Founder puts an end to the double burden

Klaus Buchroithner founded the "Vresh" brand in his skate store in Eferding in 2012. Now he has placed it in new hands: Michaela Geiseder, previously primarily responsible for designing the Linz-based company's fashion, has been running the business since Tuesday. Buchroithner now works for the merchandise company "Das Merch." .

"Is that what I want? Can I do it? Do I trust myself to do it? I took a lot of time to answer these questions," says Michaela Geiseder.

Since Tuesday, the 31-year-old from Neußerling, supported by her husband Valentin, has been running the sustainable fashion brand "Vresh" based in Linz, where she started working in December 2017.

"Michi was my first real employee," says Klaus Buchroithner, who founded "Vresh" and has now stepped back to concentrate fully on the merchandise company "Das Merch.", which had developed in parallel.

The double burden for Buchroithner, who most recently managed both companies, has now come to an end. "It feels right for me," says the man from Eferding. He won't be letting go completely anyway: he will remain on board as a consultant at "Vresh" and will provide support in the procurement of raw materials and in strategic consulting.
