Another bomb threat! Bregenz train station evacuated

In just a few days, almost every provincial capital has had a bomb threat at its train stations. After Graz, Linz, Salzburg, Klagenfurt and St. Pölten, Bregenz has now also received a mysterious bomb threat - by e-mail. The area was evacuated on a large scale and the station has since been reopened.

The threat was reportedly only received by the police by email on Thursday afternoon. After the station building was evacuated and the area was cordoned off, train services had to be interrupted. The station building was evacuated immediately and the area was cordoned off. No dangerous objects were found during the subsequent search of the station area. As a result, the station was reopened. 

Author faces several years in prison
Since Monday, train stations in Graz, Linz, Salzburg, St. Pölten and Klagenfurt have been temporarily closed due to bomb threats. Based on the content of the letters, the police assume that the same author was at work in all cases, it was reported from Lower Austria on Thursday.

Convoluted investigations are underway. The author faces several years in prison if found guilty.
