Is this the last video showing "P. Diddy" Sean Combs in freedom for a very, very long time? The rapper has been in custody in New York since Monday for shocking sexual offenses. According to the judge, he is a danger to society. 

Just a few hours before his arrest, Sean "Diddy" Combs was spotted sunbathing in Central Park in New York on Sunday. Sitting on a hill, the 54-year-old rapper appeared relaxed and seemed unfazed by the recent controversy surrounding him, as the video shows. 

Arrested for sexual offenses
Then on Monday night, Diddy was arrested by federal agents from Homeland Security Investigations for a variety of violent sex offenses in New York City.

Women drugged and forced into "sex sessions"
He allegedly drugged women and forced them to perform day-long "sex sessions", which he called "freak offs", with male prostitutes in front of him. According to the indictment, he filmed these sessions and satisfied himself in the process. His victims are said to have often needed infusions after such sessions.

The 54-year-old used his "empire" in the music business to achieve his goals. The related charge of "sex slave trafficking" carries a maximum sentence of life imprisonment.

Bail application rejected
At the first arraignment, Judge Robyn Tarnofsky ruled that the rapper was too dangerous to be released on bail and rejected an offer of 50 million dollars. She pointed out that she had "very serious concerns" about releasing the defendant because he suffers from "addiction problems and apparently also uncontrollable outbursts of rage". For them, he was a danger to society.
