"Krone" and Kitzski

On Sunday, September 8, it's finally time to get back to sporting action - at the "Krone" hiking day in Kitzbühel. There are discounts with a coupon - you can find it in today's Friday edition of the "Tiroler Krone"!

The meeting point for this year's "Krone" hiking day is next Sunday from 8.30 am at the valley station of the Wagstättbahn in Jochberg. After the ascent, the hike to the 3S cable car will take guests up to the Pengelstein.

Tickets for both cable cars are available at a reduced price on presentation of the coupon (to be found in the Friday edition of the "Tiroler Krone"): 20 euros for adults, 10 euros for children born in 2009 or younger. Please note: tickets cannot be purchased online!

Sporty program
Once at the top, there are two options for you to choose from: On the one hand, hikers can choose the pleasure circuit (six kilometers, 150 vertical meters, 2.5 hours), on the other hand, the active circuit (ten kilometers, 250 vertical meters, four hours) beckons.

At lunchtime, all hikers meet up at the Pengelstein mountain restaurant. Here, too, the coupon entitles you to a Wiener Schnitzel and a drink for 15 euros or cheese spaetzle and a drink for 14 euros. Musical accompaniment is provided. Have fun hiking!
