At the press conference immediately after his Olympic victory in the 100 meters, Noah Lyles had to admit that he was well aware of the talent of his competitors. Nevertheless, the US-American assured that he would also win the 200 meters, whereupon he received a "You talk too much sh****" from third-placed Fred Kerley (see video above).

Lyles beat Jamaican Kishane Thompson by just five thousandths on Sunday evening, while Lyles' compatriot Kerley was two hundredths off the pace at the finish.
