Moped rider (15) drove to driving school without a license

A 15-year-old wanted to ride his new moped in Salzburg. He drove it to the driving test and back home again. The officers also caught the same driver without a license for the eighth time.

According to witnesses, the 15-year-old from Salzburg had driven his moped to the driving school to register for the theory test. He then drove home again on his moped. When the moped driver was found after completing the test, the man from Salzburg fully confessed.

Had received a new moped
He said that he had gotten the moped new and could no longer wait. That was stupid. The 15-year-old was banned from continuing to drive and charges were filed. The Salzburg resident was unable to pass the theoretical driving test for the moped.

Repeat offender
On Thursday, shortly after midnight, the police stopped another driver in the city of Salzburg and carried out a driver and vehicle check. The 45-year-old did not have a valid driver's license. He had already been stopped eight times in the last four months and reported for driving without a valid license. He was reported again this time.
