“Alkobubis” crashed their car after a party

A 16-year-old boy and his 18-year-old friend had "tanked up" before getting into the older boy's car after a party. The car left the road on a country lane in Sonnberg and overturned. The unlicensed 16-year-old was at the wheel.

At around 4.30 a.m. on Saturday morning, the two of them were driving the older man's car on a country lane in Sonnberg. The vehicle was being driven by the 16-year-old local resident, who, like his older friend, did not have a driver's license.

Occupants had guardian angels
On a right-hand bend, the car left the road and overturned. Fortunately, both occupants were uninjured, but the car was only worth scrap metal.

Neither had a driver's license
When questioned by the police, the two admitted that the 18-year-old from Zwettl/R. had also been at the wheel of the car before. The young people will be charged: Both had been drinking alcohol and did not have a valid driving license.
