Arsenal announce the departure of a total of 22 professionals!

Radical upheaval at Arsenal FC! As the top club from London announced in an official statement, a total of 22 professionals - 19 men and three women - will be leaving the club in the summer.

"Our thanks and best wishes go to the following players from our teams whose contracts with us officially end on June 30, 2024," the Gunners wrote on X, before going on to list 22 names.

The most famous of these is probably Mohamed Elneny. The Egyptian has been under contract in the north of the English capital since 2016, but only made six competitive appearances last season. 

Three dream players on the list
Like 21 of his colleagues, the 31-year-old will have to look for a new employer. According to local reports, the Premier League runners-up want to invest the vacant squad places in new signings, with the Gunners reportedly targeting Alexander Isak (Newcastle), Michael Olise (Crystal Palace) and Viktor Gyökeres (Sporting).
