DFB team boss Nagelsmann “changes” to Tyrol!

Julian Nagelsmann becomes a "Tyrolean". Just before the home European Championships, the German national soccer coach is making a name for himself outside of sport: The 36-year-old bought a house in the open countryside in Fieberbrunn in the Tyrolean district of Kitzbühel for 1.75 million euros ... 

According to the purchase contract, Nagelsmann must use the property as his main residence and may not use it as a leisure residence, according to a corresponding report in the "Tiroler Tageszeitung" The national coach had declared "that the acquisition of the right does not create a leisure residence".

Nagelsmann has already lived in St. Johann from time to time
He will therefore probably move the center of his life interests to Tyrol. Nagelsmann will have an "apartment building" completed in Fieberbrunn on the basis of the valid building permit, including planning and submission documents. The former Bayern Munich coach had already lived in neighboring St. Johann in Tirol for a time.

Bierhoff and Feiersinger as "neighbors"
The Kitzbühel district seems to be a veritable Eldorado for former and current soccer stars. Nagelsmann's compatriot, former footballer and DFB manager Oliver Bierhoff, lives in the neighboring town of Hochfilzen in Fieberbrunn. Former team player, ex-Salzburg star and Dortmund legionnaire Wolfgang Feiersinger also lives there.

Austrian soccer star and Real Madrid player David Alaba also lives in Kirchberg, while German world champion and former player Bastian Schweinsteiger lives in Westendorf.
