Young Tyrolean woman pinched in the bottom during carnival

The merry party at the "Perjener Fasnacht" carnival in Landeck in Tyrol in mid-February has now had an aftermath in court. A groper is said to have led to an altercation and police intervention. A police officer was also injured.

After a man dressed as a knight (48) allegedly pinched the bottom of a 19-year-old woman, there was apparently an altercation with the young woman's boyfriend.

Police officers quickly arrived on the scene and tried to stop the brawl. Then, according to the indictment, the brother (57) of the first defendant intervened and put an officer in a chokehold.

"We come from a very good home. I wouldn't even spank my girlfriend in public," the 48-year-old defended himself. They also could not or did not want to remember a commotion with police officers and that one of the two brothers had accused a plainclothes officer of being the butt-grabber.

Now the police officers are to testify. The trial has been postponed!
