In a country where Mozart and Beethoven originated, classical music has a high status. That is why there are numerous events every year where homage is paid to the great classical musicians, such as the Wörthersee Classics. With the "Krone" you can be there as a VIP. 

Welcome to the multifaceted and seductive world of the Wörthersee Classic Festival. This year, the major music event will take place from June 6 to 9 at the Klagenfurt Konzerthaus. Musical revelations with their own philosophy have been presented for 23 years. The musicians who take to the stage are dedicated to the composers Gustav Mahler, Alban Berg, Anton von Webern, Johannes Brahms and Hugo Wolf.

This year, the great Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, who said 'The heart ennobles the human being', will also be given a place of honor. "His immortal music has a healing effect in all times," says the director. The sound experience will be prepared by the festival orchestra "Capella Mahleriana", which has been in existence since 2022. Alexei Kornienko lends an unmistakable character as chief conductor.
