Superstar Kelce extends contract with Kansas City

Football superstar Travis Kelce has extended his contract with Super Bowl winners Kansas City Chiefs by two years! 

According to the AP news agency, the 34-year-old partner of pop star Taylor Swift will receive a total of 34.25 million US dollars (around 32 million euros) for his future services. Kelce was already one of the best-paid players in his position.

"It's an honor and a pleasure!"
"Feels good to be in KC. I remember coming here twelve years ago. It's an honor and a pleasure, and I can't wait to give it my all in the next two years," Kelce said in a video released by the Chiefs on Twitter.

He has won the Super Bowl three times with the Chiefs, but Kelce is best known beyond the sport since his partnership with Swift became public last year. The 34-year-old attended numerous Chiefs games in the stadium last season, bringing the NFL a great deal of attention.
