2.04 per mille! Trip ends for e-biker in the UKH

That's what you call "looking too deeply into the glass": with 2.04 per mille in his blood, a 57-year-old man got on his e-bike in Pasching late on Sunday evening, crashed and injured himself so badly that he had to be taken to hospital. 

A 57-year-old man was riding his electric bike in the Langholzfeld district of Pasching at around 9.15 p.m. on Sunday. He fell over without any outside influence and injured his left knee. Due to the obvious alcoholization, a breathalyzer test was carried out on the 57-year-old from the Linz-Land district, which was positive. 

Taken to the UKH Linz
He was then taken to Linz Hospital by the Red Cross and informed that charges had been filed.
