Visible alarm systems and cameras primarily serve as a deterrent, but also to preserve evidence in the event of an incident. They also enable a quick response and, thanks to smartphones, can be used reliably even when you are not at home. At the same time, depending on the variant, the costs can be high. False alarms and data protection are also points that should not be forgotten.
