Pacult attacks Sky cameraman during the game

What was going on? Just before Peter Pacult's joy at Klagenfurt's 4:3 win over Red Bull Salzburg took over, the home side's coach's emotions got the better of him. A cameraman stationed right next to the coach's bench was the first to feel it.

Stoppage time at the Wörthersee Stadion, Pacult's side leading 4:3, with just seconds separating Klagenfurt from three points against the serial champions when the 64-year-old dislikes a decision by the referee and signals his displeasure. The consequence: Pacult is shown a yellow card and the Sky camera zooms in on the coach.

Suddenly, the cult coach turns his gaze towards the lens and lashes out at the cameraman. A scene that commentator Martin Konrad punishes with a "Sky red card".

"You also have to understand ..."
In the subsequent interview with Jörg Künne, Pacult then explains: "I understand him (the cameraman, editor's note), but you also have to understand how uncomfortable it is when someone stands two meters next to you and holds the lens in your face. It's nothing personal against him, you don't need to make a drama out of it." He had already spoken to the cameraman in question and the matter had been settled.
