The police flashed a car on the B159 near Werfen on Tuesday - it was traveling at a whopping 131 km/h. The speed limit on this stretch of road is only 70 km/h. The man's driver's license was taken away, but that didn't really impress him. . .

A little later, the officers came across the driver and his car again in the Imlau area. This time, the officers fitted a technical barrier to the vehicle. The driver is reported to the police.

Just as curious: a few hours later, police officers wanted to stop a car on Vogelweiderstraße in the Salzburg city area. Although the driver briefly followed a patrol car, he did not stop but parked his car unnoticed in a side street. After a short investigation, the officers were able to track down the driver. It turned out that the vehicle belonged to his ex-girlfriend and that the driver no longer had a driver's license. He is now also facing charges.
