It's that time again: the "Goldene Note", the renowned classical music prize for young talent, is entering the next round. This year, three exceptional young talents have qualified for the grand final in the string and plucked instruments category. Their performances could not only earn them the coveted trophy, but also international stage experience.
This is the eighth time that the "Golden Note" prize for young classical musicians has been awarded to exceptional talents. The nine finalists in three categories have already been chosen. They were able to convince the jury with their performances in the genres "string and plucked instruments", wind instruments and "keyboard instruments".
The grand TV final of the "Golden Note 2024" will be broadcast on ORF 2 on May 31 at 9:20 pm and you have the chance to help decide who wins. You can vote for your favorite on tv.orf.at until May 14, 23:59. Every vote is important to support the musical dreams of these young artists. Cast your vote and be a part of their musical journey! In addition to your vote, a star jury of renowned greats of the classical genre will decide.

Raphaël Bleuse; 16 years from Vienna on the violin
Amelie Jade Knapp; 15 years old from Trautmannsdorf (Lower Austria) on the harp
Nikoloz Menabde; 9 years old from Klosterneuburg (Lower Austria) on the violin
What awaits the winners
The winners in each category will not only receive a customized trophy, but also the chance to play on international stages. This year's prizes include appearances with renowned orchestras and solo performances, ensuring that the world will take notice of these young talents.
