Three seriously injured after head-on collision in Lower Austria

A serious collision occurred on the B6 in Ernstbrunn (Lower Austria) on Monday. Three people were seriously injured and taken to hospital.

According to the police, a 31-year-old man drove his car off to the left on a right-hand bend and crashed into the car of a 38-year-old man. Shortly afterwards, there was a head-on collision.

All involved in hospital
The 31-year-old and his passenger, who was five years younger, were flown by "Christophorus 2" and "Christophorus 9" to St. Pölten University Hospital and Mistelbach Regional Hospital respectively. The 38-year-old man who had been driving the second car involved in the accident was also taken by ambulance to the hospital in Mistelbach.
