Attack with e-scooter lock on the street

On Tuesday evening, the police in Vienna-Penzing were alerted after two men (42, 44) got into a violent argument in the street.

The argument between the two escalated at around 10.35 p.m. when the 44-year-old hit the 42-year-old with the lock of his own e-scooter. According to the police, he injured him on the head, arm and shoulder.

Preliminary arrest
However, he also hit his own head with the lock during the attack and also injured himself. He was provisionally arrested by the officers and is currently in police custody. The lock was also recovered as the murder weapon. The 42-year-old was seriously injured and taken to hospital.
