These problems are serious! Terry towel specialist Vossen has been struggling with serious IT problems for more than a week now. The towel and bath towel manufacturer is asking its customers for patience. What caused the problems? The company, which belongs to Linz-Textil, is still looking for clues.

"There may currently be longer delivery times and processing times for your inquiries," is the brief message to those currently visiting the Vossen website.

What Europe's leading manufacturer of hand and bath towels and bathrobes is not letting its customers know is that serious IT problems have been making life difficult for the company, which is part of Linz-Textil, for more than a week.

We have been experiencing the problems since Sunday, March 17, around lunchtime. We are constantly working to rectify the problem and have already made great progress.

What is causing the disruption? "We don't yet know the cause of the problems," says Linz-Textil CEO Friedrich Schopf. However, a data forensic analysis should soon provide answers.
