The international "Big Bang" festival is making its Austrian debut in St. Pölten in April. Join-in concerts and "the best of the best in terms of musical quality" await.

An Austrian premiere will take place on April 6 at the Festspielhaus St. Pölten. The "Big Bang" festival will not only bring international flair to the provincial capital, but will also be a musical labyrinth to explore - for everyone from 5 to 105 years old. The program includes concerts, sound artworks - from meteorites to trampolines, scurrying robot loudspeakers and much more. The main thing is to take part.

For more than 25 years now, the festival by the Belgian Zonzo Compagnie has been delighting children all over the world - from Brussels and Reykjavík to Seville, Athens and Tallinn, as well as Lisbon and Ottawa. And soon also in St. Pölten. "We only serve young audiences the best of the best in terms of musical quality," explains Wouter Van Looy, artistic director of the Zonzo Compagnie and founder of "Big Bang".

Musical enjoyment at its finest
For the first time in St. Pölten, national and international artists are waiting to offer the audience an unprecedented musical experience in a wide variety of formats. Great fun for curious ears is guaranteed.
